OUR AVERAGE ORDER COMPLETION TIME FOR MANUFACTURED GOODS IS UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS, HOWEVER, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS MAY VARY BASED ON SEASONAL DEMANDSAND FACTORY CAPACITY.

REQUEST FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPPMENT. ONLY UNUSED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PACKING SLIP AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ISSUED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE RETURN AUHTORIZATION SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING CARTON. SHIPMENTS RETURNED WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION MAY BE REFUSED. RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. AN ADDITIONAL FEE MAY BE APPLIED FOR ITEMS THAT REQUIRE REPACKAGING. CUSTOM ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Down & feather product: We recommend professional
laundering 1-2 times/year (note laundering, not dry cleaning). If you choose to
home launder please use the following guidelines: Machine wash in an over sized
machine without a center agitator, using warm water and mild detergent on the
delicate cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Repeat the rinse cycle an
additional 1-2 times to ensure the detergent is completely removed. Dry using
the low heat. Dry well beyond the point where the outer fabric feels dry so
that the inner down clusters will be fully dry – this often takes 3-4 cycles.
Do not iron!

Down alternative product: You may choose to have your
duvet insert and sleeping pillows professionally laundered or wash your bedding
at home. We recommend washing product 1-2 times/year. If you choose to home
launder please use the following guidelines: Machine wash warm in a washing
machine that doesn’t have an agitator. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Repeat the rinse cycle an additional 1-2 times to ensure the detergent is
completely removed. Tumble dry medium. Run it through several (3-4) drying
cycles to be sure it’s completely dry. Between drying cycles, remove product,
shake it, and return it to the dryer to ensure consistent drying. Do not iron!
